Our Practice

Windham Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary facility which has been serving the community since 1976. We are conveniently located between exits 3 and 4 off of Interstate-93, between Derry and Salem on Route 28 (also known as Rockingham Road).

We specialize in the health and care of companion dogs and cats, and also work with over 20 area pet-rescue organizations. Our highly trained staff of veterinarians and paraprofessionals provides complete medical and surgical care for your pets using the latest techniques and equipment.

In the last decade, a necessary expansion project allowed us to grow to better suit our clients’ and pets’ needs. We have 6 fully equipped examination rooms, the largest of which has a separate outside entrance to accommodate those pets that “do not play well with others” or may have a potential contagious illness. This room also allows us to see multiple pets – or large families! – without crowding.

Our Pet Wards have varying sizes of cages, runs and kennels to accommodate the needs of all our patients and boarders, from tiny to extra large. Secure chain link fence surrounds our outside runs and play-spaces. A large parking area with handicap spaces and a circular drive, plus a separate parking area for our grooming clients allows for an easy in and out drive.
